Raspberry crumb bars

 
wow made some raspberry crumb bars today and it was delicious.   It was soo easy to make and the end result didn't fail to disappoint anyone.

I rubbed half a cup of butter (unsalted) in to a cup of flour and added 1/4 tsp of baking powder 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 tsp of salt  and 1 cup of rolled oats.      A thin layer of this mixture then went in to the tin and then a 500g punnet of raspberries went on top before finally finishing with the remaining mixture.
 
After cooking for 35 minutes they were ready to enjoy!
 
I took this recipe from Pinterest but  I did adapt it slightly.  Have a go!!

  1. Ooh these will definitely be worth a try. We have loads of raspberries about to ripen on our raspberry bushes in the garden. Xxx
